I recently had the joy of joining Tom Fitzsimmons on his KNCO radio segment, Insight, which airs every Friday at 9:00 AM PT. Homer shared his inspiring vision of a community where centenarians are the norm, and well-being is woven into everyday life. I was honored to contribute by discussing how my work supports individuals in stepping into their purpose and embracing a more joyful way of living.
